These ToS govern the sale of outsourcing services (BPO), customer support, moderation, and AI solutions by AXORA FZE to its professional clients.
2.2 Pricing and Payment
Services are billed according to the rates in effect displayed on the site or on a personalized quote. Payments are due in advance for monthly subscriptions. Any late payment may result in immediate suspension of services.
2.3 Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information (access, documentation, procedures) for the proper execution of the mission. The Client remains solely responsible for the content moderated or processed by Manova Connect.
2.4 Liability
AXORA FZE commits to an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for indirect damages (loss of turnover, loss of data). Total liability is capped at the amount of sums paid by the Client over the last 3 months.
